Gastritis..........

Most of us have this problem.may be because of our busy working shedule we didnt eat at the right time or just we dont eat to become thin and so on. And we dont have much information about whats going on through our body.So Let see what is GASTRITIS

Gastritis isn't one disease but a group of conditions, all of which are characterized by inflammation of the lining of your stomach. Commonly, the inflammation results from infection with the same bacterium that causes most stomach ulcers. Yet other factors — including traumatic injury and regular use of certain pain relievers — also can contribute to gastritis.

In spite of the many conditions associated with gastritis, the signs and symptoms of the disease are very similar: A burning pain in your upper abdomen and occasionally, bloating, belching, nausea or vomiting.

In some cases, gastritis can lead to ulcers and an increased risk of stomach cancer. For most people, however, gastritis isn't serious and improves quickly with treatment
.

Signs and symptoms :-

- A burning ache or pain (indigestion) in your upper abdomen that may become either worse or better when you eat
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Loss of appetite
- Belching or bloating
- A feeling of fullness in your upper abdomen after eating
- Weight loss

Occasionally, gastritis may cause stomach bleeding, but it's rarely severe unless there's also ulceration of your stomach lining. Bleeding in your stomach can cause you to vomit blood or pass black, tarry stools and may require immediate medical care.

Because gastritis is one of many common digestive problems with similar signs and symptoms, it's easy to confuse with other conditions, including:

- Gastroenteritis

- Heartburn
- Stomach ulcers
- Nonulcer dyspepsia

Left untreated, gastritis may lead to stomach ulcers and stomach bleeding. And some forms of chronic gastritis may increase your risk of stomach cancer, especially if you have extensive thinning of the stomach lining and changes in the lining cells.

Prevention

-Eat smart :- If you experience frequent indigestion, eat smaller, more frequent meals to buffer stomach acid secretion. In addition, avoid any foods you find irritating, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.Just as important as what you eat is the manner in which you eat. Eat moderate proportions, eat at regular times and relax while you eat.

-Don't smoke :- Smoking interferes with the protective lining of the stomach, making your stomach more susceptible to gastritis as well as ulcers. Smoking also increases stomach acid, delays stomach healing and is a leading risk factor for stomach cancer. Still, quitting isn't easy, especially if you've smoked for years. Talk to your doctor about methods that may help you stop smoking.

-Switch pain relievers :- If possible, avoid taking NSAIDs — aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen. These over-the-counter medications can cause stomach inflammation or make existing irritation worse. Instead, switch to pain relievers containing acetaminophen.

So hope this article may help you all.

Benefits From honey......?

"And your Lord revealed to the bee saying: Make hives in the mountains and in the trees and in what they build: Then eat of all the fruits and walk in the ways of your Lord submissively. There comes forth from within it a beverage of many colours, in which there is healing for men; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who reflect." (Surat an-Nahl, 68-69)

Honey is a sweet treat. It can be a good substitute for sugar in our drinks and food. But it is also good for many other things and treating many other conditions. Reliance on commercialized medicines which contains too much chemicals can become hazardous to our health. Alhamdullilah, Allah has given us the knowledge that Mother Nature can at least help to ease the pain we are suffering from.

Honey is composed of sugars like glucose and fructose and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, iron and phosphate. It contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and pollen. Besides the above, copper, iodine, and zinc exist in it in small quantities. Several kinds of hormones are also present in it.

If you have allergies, honey can be beneficial.Honey may also be good for your skin. It is also safe for sensitive skin.

If you have a sore throat, take some honey.Due to its natural anti-inflammatory effect, it will help to heal the wounds more quickly. The taste may also take your mind off the pain.
There is evidence that honey diluted in water will help with your stomachaches and dehydration.

Why u think you are over weight.....?

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day....

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.

So now u know what dosent work.lets try to eat right food at the right time and see whats happening.

Recovering from a Breakup

It takes a while to recover from a breakup.

Problems / Solutions

All of us had lot of problems in life.If u need a solution i will try to solve it.dont be shy.just write ur problems.

Learn to love yourself

Many of us have very harsh inner critics: When we make a mistake, this critical voice inside our head beats up
on us, saying things like, "That was so stupid! ... I can't do anything right! ... What a loser!" We need to replace these negative messages with other, more positive ones. For example, "I made a mistake. That's okay: That is how I learn. I'll know better the next time." With awareness, over time, you can "catch yourself" when your self-talk is negative, and change the message to something more positive and "ego-enhancing."

Don't just "catch yourself being wrong." "Catch yourself being right." In other words, don't just catch the voice of your inner critic, and stop it from beating up on you. When you do something well, or when you find yourself saying the right things to yourself or to others, be sure to reward yourself: acknowledge yourself verbally, give yourself a pat on the back, or treat yourself to something special.

Be good to yourself. Treat yourself well. You will discover that, the more you love yourself, the more you will be able to give love to others - and the more others will want to be around you and give back to you. This is a win-win situation. Loving yourself will ultimately benefit the lives of others.
gud luck

Be healthy

Dehydration affects your energy levels.
Increase your intake of water to banish feelings of fatigue and increase vitality.
Dont consider tea or cofffee as a pick me up.Caffeine provides short time energy, and places stress on the body by interfering with its absorption of vitamins.
Herb tea is an energy boosting alternative.

6.Wear Polish-It works as a barrier for your nails and use acetone-free nail polish remover.
7.File in one direction only-Filing back and forth is bad because this frays and weakens the nails.File your nails in one direction only for the best results.
8.Keep your nails short.
9.Manicure after a bath.It is best to do your manicure after a bath because your nails are soft.

How to achieve and maintain a healthy head of beautiful hair.

How to achieve and maintain a healthy head of beautiful hair.

Three main things are needed for a good-looking head of hair -- good health, the right attention to cleanliness, and caution when using cosmetic treatments.

1. Adequate Diet

Hair growth depends on an adequate diet. A widespread diet problem which causes loss of hair is iron deficiency Anaemia. The cause is too little iron in blood, brought on by a diet containing too little meat, eggs, cereals or peas and beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also needed to provide vitamin C, which enables the body to absorb iron.

2. Cutting the hair

Although cutting the hair is not essential to its well-being, it is easier to keep the scalp clean if the hair is kept reasonably short. Regular cutting does not make the hair grow strong or faster.

3. How hair can be damaged

Although scalp hair is hardy, and can withstand a lot of abuse, it can be damaged by too much or inexpertly applied perming, dyeing, bleaching and massage. The amount of beautying the hair can take varies from person to person. Occasionally the scalp is allergic to the dye and becomes inflamed and swollen. To prevent this occuring, the dye should be tested by applying it to a small area on the arm. If a patch of inflammation has developed, the dye must not be used on the hair.

Most people who bleach their hair do so with hydrogen peroxide. If the peroxide is repeatedly applied, it may make the hair brittle. If this happens the hair may turn rough, develop split ends, or become thinned or shortened.

would you like to Have a healthy skin.......?

Follow these tips to keep your skin as healthy, smooth, and sexy as ever!

After a bath or shower, apply moisturizers to lock the moisture into your skin.

Alternate between oil-based and water-based moisturizers if you have combination skin.

Choose an oil-free, water-based moisturizer for oily skin.

Choose a thick, oil-based moisturizer for exceptionally dry skin.

Choose a gentle, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic moisturizer for sensitive skin.

Do not apply moisturizers too often because it can result in clogged pores.

Focus on other body parts besides your face. Moisturizing is vital on dry elbows, knees, legs, breasts, and other areas that may be prone to flaking and chapping.

It’s never too early to start moisturizing your skin and to protect it from the signs of aging.

Mature skin may benefit from moisturizing products that contain alpha-hydroxy acid, selenium, or Tropoelastin.

Pick a moisturizer that contains a low level of sunscreen, like SPF 15. It keeps your skin soft and smooth while preventing the negative effects of harmful UV rays.

Strengthen your skin by choosing moisturizers that contain Vitamin A and Vitamin E.

Wear lots of warm clothes, as well as gloves, scarves, and hats in the winter to prevent chapped skin and loss of moisture.
